License Transfer Policy
General Transfer Rules
License transfer is available only for licenses activated online.
Licenses activated using offline activation are permanently bound to the computer where they are installed and cannot be transferred, due to the absence of server-side communication and license release mechanisms.
This design ensures maximum security, data isolation, and auditability in offline and protected environments.
Subscription Floating License (Online Activation)
The Subscription Floating License provides the highest level of flexibility.
- Can be transferred freely at any time
- No limit on the number of transfers during the subscription period
- Supports switching between different computers and operating systems
Once a Subscription Floating License is activated offline, it becomes permanently bound to the target computer and cannot be transferred.
Life-Time Perpetual License (Online Activation)
The Life-Time license supports limited transfers when activated online.
Free Transfer
- One free transfer is available within the first 6 months after activation
- Requires the original license to have been activated online
- Intended for initial hardware changes or early deployment adjustments
Paid Transfer
- Available after more than 6 months from activation
- The existing license is canceled
- A replacement license is issued at a discounted price
- Intended for major hardware upgrades or system replacement
After the initial 6-month period, significant changes to core hardware components require a license transfer.
Offline Activated Licenses
- Offline-activated licenses cannot be transferred
- This applies to both Subscription and Life-Time licenses
- The license remains permanently bound to the target computer
This behavior is intentional and is designed for:
- Secure networks
- Government or regulated environments
- Air-gapped or isolated systems
Hardware Changes That Do NOT Affect the License
The following changes do not affect license validity:
- Mouse, keyboard, monitor
- USB and external peripherals
- Audio devices
- Reinstalling the operating system
License verification considers only core hardware components, such as: CPU, RAM, motherboard, storage, BIOS, and network interface.
